	The 2012 Congregational Leadership Academy meets for one weekend in January, February and March this year. Presentations will cover issues related to congregations as family systems, conflict, leadership and vision-mission. This blog spot is a place where participants can communicate with each other, make comments, raise issues, ask questions and the like. It's your classroom away from the classroom. And its fun and easy to use. Just offer your comment at the bottom of this page. Be sure to sign your comment.

I'm eager to share this experience with all of you. As a housekeeping note, I encourage everyone to BYOBC - bring your own beverage container - your favorite mug for coffee and reusable container for water, lemonade or iced tea. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow night.

We welcome leaders from four congregations -- Christ the King, Haltom City; Zion, McGregor; First, Temple; and St. Matthew, Waco. Our opening session on Friday in McGregor begins with dinner at 6 p.m. We look forward to greeting you.
