In order to locate the most qualified persons within the synod for positions of leadership, we ask you to fill out the following form in which you can offer information regarding talent, skills, experience, and expertise in a variety of areas. You may use this form in two ways: (1) to recommend a specific person to a commission, committee, or elected office (which will be referred to the synod’s Nominations Committee), or (2) to alert the synod to a talented individual who may serve in a variety of ways (which will be entered into the synod’s Talent Bank). Individuals referred by others will be contacted personally to confirm their willingness to be nominated for a position. <3> to alert the synod of your own willingness to stand for election or consieration of a specific position.
