Join us in Minneapolis or online to be renewed and equipped for ministry as you network and learn from leaders across the ELCA. There is something for everyone – whether you are a volunteer or professional\, new to ministry or have years of experience. \n\nIt’s Happening \nThe Extravaganza is both in person in Minneapolis and online. The goal for Extravaganza 2022 is to answer 5 questions together: \nWhat has changed?\nWhat is still binding us?\nWhere is God calling us now?\nHow do we get there? What tools do we need to get there?\nWhat releases us to move forward? \nExtravaganza 2022 will offer you spiritual renewal\, continuing education and opportunities for networking and connection whether you attend online or join us onsite in Minneapolis. \nLearning Tracks \nLeadership In Your First Few Years\nSkills And Tools For Volunteers\nLeadership: A Systems Approach\nMental Health In Ministry\nEssentials Of Lutheran Theology\nReimagining Children’s Ministry\nTechnology And Digital Storytelling \nWhen you register\, you will select one of these 7 Learning Tracks to focus your learning at the Extravaganza.
