NT-NL Synod, ELCA member Emma Rodgers (member of St. Johns-Oak Cliff) has been a community leader in South Dallas for decades. Her work has included running the Black Images Book Bazaar, director of the Dallas Civil Rights Center, serving on the Dallas City Zoning Commission, and much more than can be written here.
