2025 Synod Assembly will be hosted at the MCM Elegante conference center and hotel in Lubbock, Texas.

Registration is now closed. There will be no on site registration and Assembly will be fully in-person.

To book your hotel room at the group rate please call 806-763-1200 and tell them you are with the NT-NL Synod Assembly on April 25 and 26th.

A continental breakfast is included for those staying at the MCM Elegante.

Synod Assembly will begin at 1:00pm on Friday the 25th and conclude by 3:30pm on Saturday the 26th.

If you have a report to submit submissions are due no later than 4:00pm on Friday, April 11th.

Nominations and Submissions

Nominations for Synod Secretary are now closed.

If you would like to submit a resolution or memorial to be considered during Assembly you must send a copy as a word document or PDF to Anna Thompson (anna@ntnl.org) and fill out this form ahead of time. Please read the Guidelines for Memorials and Resolutions document prior to submitting your resolution. No resolutions will be taken from the floor. Resolutions submissions will close prior to Assembly.

Keynote Speaker

The. Rev. J Edson Way will be our Assembly opening keynote speaker for our 2025 Assembly. He will be speaking on the history of the Panhandle region and how Christianity was brought and spread through the region. The Assembly will then spend time in discussion with their conferences about their stories and how we can grow our ministries in our varied but united contexts.

Voting Member Early Bird (until March 1) = $175
Voting Member Regular (March 2 – April 16) = $200
Retired Rostered Voting Member Early Bird (until March 1) = $75
Retired Rostered Voting Member Regular (March 2 – April 16) = $125
Visitor Early Bird (until March 1) = $75
Visitor Regular (March 2 – April 16) = $100
Meals provided with registration = 2 (two) – Friday dinner, Saturday Lunch
