Specifically about this June 22 session:

We’ve added an examination of our thinking to the exploration of how we experience, process, and express our emotion. We’ve learned about tools for how to practice empathy by connecting with emotions, as well as how to open our minds to new ideas and perspectives. Now we’ll practice combining those skills in this month’s practice session with Critical Race Theory as the topic.
