Barbara Keller, Misconduct Prevention Consultant for the ELCA, will be conducting an online workshop for rostered leaders and SAWLs who are women in the NT-NL Synod. The workshop focuses on dealing with harassment and control issues, which women in ministry frequently experience from colleagues, congregational leaders, and members.
