I have heard some advocates turning off the livestreams so folks will go back to in-person worship. That may work in some contexts but over all it does not seem to be effective. We live in a new world and hybrid ministry is part of it. The challenge is how to effectively connect with folks given these realities (from this article)…

Church leaders face both a challenge and opportunity in this time. As synod we will continue to encourage our NT-NL Synod, ELCA to adapt to this reality and resource you as we can to do so. The church is always called to reformation. #NTNL #InMissionTogether
