Join the LEAD Journey
In 2020, a cohort of NT-NL congregations will be embarking on the LEAD Journey. This is for pastors and lay leaders who are ready to create a new future for their congregation within a safe, encouraging cohort of leaders who are on the same journey. The Journey is a process, not a program, to learn new skills, new mindsets, new knowledge, and new practices that will transform your personal faith and the life of your congregation.
This cohort will meet twice a year at Briarwood for seminars with LEAD staff and then have 10 sessions annually with a coach to keep them focused on the journey. Because NT-NL leadership believes in this program, the synod is assisting congregations to make this program affordable. The annual cost (the journey is 3 years) to an NT-NL congregation will be only $3,000, which covers the 10 coaching sessions and room and board at the two seminars. NT-NL will be paying for the entire cost of the seminars in an effort to make this possible for our congregations to participate. We are grateful for the DiscipleLife Alive Endowment Fund, along with generous donors for making that possible.
If you are interested in learning more about this journey, please contact Pastor Ernie Hinojosa (Rejoice, Coppell) pastorernie@gmail.com or Bishop Gronberg BpGronberg@ntnl.org.
