Retreat and Rest
Seeking a place to retreat and rest after the busyness of Easter and Synod Assembly? Briarwood Leadership Center offers FREE space for NT-NL leaders to take sabbatical days (from one to seven). You may request this time at any point throughout the year. If there is availability, it’s yours! Contact christi@briarwoodretreat.org for more details. As we continue to ensure Briarwood is sustainable, if you are able to donate at least $30 to cover cleaning costs, that would be helpful and welcome.
Portico’s Pre-Retirement Seminar
Retirement takes planning. Whether it feels light years away or just around the corner, Portico’s Pre-Retirement Seminar can help plan members prepare. And it’s coming to First Lutheran Church in Temple, Texas, on September 24.

2020 Rostered Ministers Gathering
The second Rostered Ministers Gathering will take place July 20-23, 2020, in Phoenix, AZ. The theme for the event is “Rekindle the Gift Within You.” For updates on the gathering, visit elca.org/rmg and follow the Rostered Ministers Gathering page on Facebook.
