I shared recently on my Bishop facebook page this post from our partners at LEAD. Wise thoughts on recognizing when we are experiencing exhaustion/burn out. This applies far beyond clergy into many vocations. It is easy to fall into patterns that are unhealthy and not life giving. Especially during this season after Christmas and of annual meetings.
