To be completed by grant recipient at completion of project or no later than December 15.

The Mission Endowment Fund (MEF) Board requires a report submitted online from each recipient of a grant. The materials you submit may be used on the NT-NL website, on the NT-NL Facebook page, in the NT-NL Newsletter, for the Seeds that Change fundraising campaign, and/or in the report to Synod Council and Synod Assembly. Please be as thorough and complete as possible.
