Pr. Rusty Good StewardThe Good Stewards of Faith in Flower Mound

On Sunday, Pr. Steve Kanouse presented Pr. Rusty Sullivan, and the people of Faith Lutheran Church in Flower Mound, with the Dr. Richard Lee Peterman Good Steward Award. Pr. Rusty was selected out of the over 15,000 pastors in the ELCA to receive this award.

We are so grateful for your innovative and passionate stewardship approaches and your leadership with the people of Faith! Y’all’s generosity is felt and seen in your community and throughout the NT-NL mission are! (Make sure to check the comments on the Facebook post to see a video from Savanna, Pr. Rusty’s daughter and former Briarwood intern, currently serving in Rwanda as a YAGM!)

Young Adults in Global Mission

The dates below are tentative dates for potential bishop nominees to speak to the mission conferences. More information will be forthcoming from BpElection.ntnl.org.

  • February 6 – Conference out West
  • February 16 – Eastern Mission Conference (new combined East Dallas and ETX-NLA Conference)
  • February 20 – Dallas Area Metro North Conference
  • March 12 – Panhandle Conference
  • April 9 – Metro West Conference (this event will be live streamed, and a recording will be available online immediately following the event)
