You show up at the office with golf clubs and everyone starts with the Caddyshack bishop jokes. No I am not playing golf everyday these days. Just yesterday and Friday. Friday I think there are still spots for golfers in the Briarwood’s 2019 Golf Outing. If interested give them a call. Supporting Briarwood Retreat Center/Briarwood Leadership Center is a great reason to play golf.

Seriously though, a great day in the NT-NL Synod, ELCA offices. Keith Munday from the ELCA Churchwide expression was with our stewardship team led by DEM Irma Banales. Great learning for them on assessing congregational readiness to engage conversations about financial stewardship. Will be highlighting some of their learnings and best practices at our Synod Council and Conference Deans retreat a week from friday.
