In late June, the Briarwood leadership made the difficult decision to move its summer camp online. This move proved vital and wise when spiking numbers of COVID-19 infections in the counties surrounding Briarwood began to cause other ministries to also re-evaluate. By moving online, the summer staff can still be compensated for their time, operational expenses at Briarwood can be minimized, and leadership can evaluate staffing and realities for the next 6 months.

What it also means is that you can participate in camp for the first time no matter where you are. We are interacting with the counselors and others at Briarwood Leadership Center this summer online! 6:30pm on Wednesdays there is Briarwood Summer Zoom Worship. For more mature learners, the Thursday night Conversations at Briarwood engage timely and challenging topics.
