Neil White is a coach with experience helping people navigate conflict in churches and in relationship. He was certified as a coach in 2018 and has primarily coached other pastoral leaders since. He is the senior pastor at Rejoice Lutheran Church in Frisco, TX, and is the author of the forthcoming book, Creative Words: Poetic Meditations on Creation, Creativity and the Power of Words. Over the past seventeen years, Neil has served congregations in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Texas. He served as an officer in the U.S. Army prior to his call to ministry. He currently serves as the Dean for the Dallas Area Metro North conference of the NT-NL Synod and is the founder of the Frisco Interfaith Alliance.
