Sunday May 26th I was celebrating graduates and worshipping with the folks at Christ the King, Haltom City. Enjoyed my time with the people of this congregation in the NE side of the 820 loop. They have been engaged in conversations about their future and ministry priorities.

We celebrated three young women who were graduating high school. All three are heading to Texas A&M in the fall. I encouraged them to connect with our campus ministry in College Station. Grateful for our LuMin ::: Lutheran Campus Ministry Network – ELCA partners.

After worship we had a meal including brats cooked in the Wisconsin way at served in a Nesco. It was as if I was magically transported to my first call congregation in Oconomowoc, WI. Grateful for the ministry of Pastor Brian Bauer and the people of Christ the King, Haltom City. #NTNL #InMissionTogether
